Bolt on kit DVX400 510cc Specifications Fits 2003-2008 DVX 450 models.

Kit includes:
• ICE CUBE cylinder (the only billet nickel plated cylinder on the planet)
• Stroked and balanced crankshaft
• Custom Xtreme coated piston kit with piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips.
• All necessary Top end gaskets for installation
• Jetting recommendations

• ATV models include coated piston (add $50 for bike models)

• Stroke = 70.4mm stroker crank with knife rod.
• Displacement = 509.57cc
• Cylinder: New billet aluminum ICE CUBE cylinder with a forged aluminum sleeve plated
• Piston: New custom Xtreme coated piston.
• Head: No modification required
• Crankcase: No modification required
• Compression: Many options available customized to your preference.
• Note: Counter balance shaft modofication required.
