UM Racing has developed our urethane elastomer with titanium wheel spacers to widen out your quad. Made from high quality urethane elastomer these wheel spacers widen out your quad and help provide a wider stance to lessen the chances of tipping over on off cambers. Urethane spacers are durable and are guaranteed against breaking. Stud extenders provided are machined steel and will fit right on to your existing wheel studs. Sizes available are 1 and 2 depending on your needs for your application. By using the wheel spacers you change the geometry of your front end and have a smoother softer ride. Wheel spacers are sold in sets of two for either the front or the back of your quad.

Houser Racing has started manufacturing an Aluminum Product Line and has released its second part of the Aluminum Parts Line-Up. The Houser Racing Nerf Bars have been designed to offer superior safety and performance to ATVs for weekend riders to Pro Racers. -Highlights- *Suspension Foot Peg feature improves rider comfort and endurance *Large, Covex Foot Pegs with self-cleaning design *Up-Swept design for improved safety *Large diameter aluminum tubing *Net Heel Guards *Customize with 30 colors available Large diameter Aluminum tubing is attached to the frame using a Chromoly Pro Peg design and Aluminum Mounting Clamps or Chromoly front mounts. UM Racing aluminum high flow air boxes are made to maximize the air flow to your quads motor. By increasing the air flow you gain horsepower and improve throttle response. We have had a 4 to 7 horsepower gain (depending on the model) after installing the air box and rejetting. When using the UM Racing aluminum air box you must rejett to accommodate for the increased air flow. We recommend using UM Racings air filter for the air boxes (except for the TRX 400EX and Raptor 660). All the high flow aluminum air boxes are made from high quality air craft aluminum all the seams are welded not fused like some other air boxes on the market. RENEGADE DESERT BUMPER WITH BUILT IN WINCH MOUNT This sturdy bumper includes so many great features it is sure to be an invaluable addition to your Renegade regardless of the terrain you throw at it. The Desert Bumper is constructed using only the highest grade 6061 T6 aircraft quality aluminum plate with beefy 1 1/4" tubing to provide better protection of the vulnerable radiator. A winch can be mounted into the center plate that attaches directly to the front of the frame with the use of a formed sandwich plate placed behind the frame for maximum strength. The aggressive front skid plate angle coming off the bottom of the bumper will aid in overcoming obstacles thrown in its path and will overlap the front skid plate for a smooth snag free surface. You can mount the bumper with the stock front skid plate or with PRM's heavy duty skid plate system.

This new redesigned 6-Pack Rack follows the line of the atv better and does not interefere with the rider but does require relocation of taillight. The 6-Pack Rack is just the ticket if you crave a little extra cargo space. With a simple bolt on application you can replace your stock grab bar with this handy 6-Pack Rack. These are not universal racks, they are custom fit to each ATV or ATC, including necessary hardware and accessory mounts. All racks also include the nylon cinch down strap with an adjustable quick release buckle for added convenience on the trail. The rack is constructed of all 6061 T6 aluminum with 7/8" diameter tubing and measures 21 1/2" across. BOTTOM PLATE FRAME Many forms of off-road ATV racing put physical demands on aluminum skid plates that can destroy a plate in a fraction of the time that a recreational rider will, however running through rough desert terrain wide open for hours on end over terrain that can seem smooth to the naked eye only to hide monster boulders underneath, gives us not only great feedback to the strength of our skid plates but also potential areas on a skid plate that can catch on rocks and fling a rider over the bars like a rag doll shot out of a sling shot. Manufacturing unbeatable skid plates that perform and last well is a large part of the reason we put so much time and effort into the development of our products, but the often overlooked benefit is the safety of the riders on the ATV as well as the ATV itself.

Our pipe and cold air kit have given this already powerful quad a 6 H.P. gain at the previous peak of 7800 RPMs and a staggering 9 H.P. gain at 9,000, where the stock pipe has already fallen off. This means 1 less shift down that long straightaway. From 3,000 RPM to 7,000 RPM we are getting 4 to 7 H.P. across the board, and the torque peak has gone from 28 FT. LBS to 33! All this with just a pipe and filter. As a comparison, our fully built, ported and cammed, race gas engines for YFZ and TRX racers make 35 - 36 FT.LBS. Folks, this engine has some serious potential! Note: Includes instructions. Quiet Kit, Spark Arrestor, and Free Air Kit sold separately. This pipe can be purchased with either our conventional turn-down end cap, or our Mega Cone end cap.

Our pipe really wakes up the fuel injected YFZ. We increase the peak power from 38 and change to an honest 47. We also completely eliminate the stock sag at 3800 RPM that is present with the stock pipe. Couple that with the ability to rev all the way to 10,000 rather than nosing over at 8500, and you can see we have a killer pipe here. Fuel injected engines need fuel mixture adjustments to compensate for increased power levels. This will require a Dynojet Power Commander or similar unit allowing for re-programming the stock ECU. We can sell you a properly pre-programmed Power Commander, or you can download the same program from our website into yours at no cost. See instructions under "Power Commander". This canned map will only work with our pipe and free air kit, or our pipe alone. Any other mods such as cams, porting, increased compression, etc. will require a session on a chassis dyno with a knowledgable tuner who can dial in your map to match your choice of components. New design gains 1 HP over previous model! The new RE Exhaust for the Yamaha YFZ450 is constructed completely of stainless steel with an aluminim silencer. The billet aluminum turn-down tip helps keep noise levels in check. When used with a RE Free Air Kit and jetting changes, we see an increase of 7.5+ peak HP, and 9.5 HP at 10,000 RPM! The YFZ450 does a respectable 72 mph out of the box, but RE's Pipe and jetting brings your top end up to 77 mph! All chassis dyno testing done on a bone-stock engine - with no cam timing changes! In addition, with minor cam timing changes you can expect a 9.0 HP gain peak and 13.0 HP at 10,000 RPM! Includes instructions. Optional spark arrestor not included. We've taken this awesome powerplant up to the next level with our pipe kit. Stock, you can expect a top speed of around 73 MPH, with great acceleration to match. With our pipe and some ECU recalibration, you can expect to see that pumped up to 80 - 82 MPH. Acceleration can now be described as brutal!
