New to the ever growing line of Premium Janssen Motorsports chassis components are the all new Outlaw long travel a-arms. The advantage of long travel a-arms is not to necessarily increase front wheel travel but to allow for the use of a longer shock. A longer shock can provide more shock travel. Increased shock travel allows for more precise damping control and more variation in spring rates through out the travel. This added control can result in a much improved and better handling front suspension versus standard travel front suspensions. Similar to our standard MX Tech a-arms, our Outlaw arms offer full caster and camber adjustability, which can be setup for any type of competition. Outlaw A-Arms feature fully tig welded 4130 chromoly steel construction. Industrial sized heim joints are used in place of conventional ball joints. This unique design offers a much higher load carrying capacity than standard ball joints. Our design eliminates binding problems which can be common in some of the competitions designs. Our use of automotive style tapered wheel bearings eliminates damaging "bearing bind" from side loads during cornering, resulting in less resistance and unsurpassed bearing life over traditional ball bearing style hubs. Our innovative CAD design makes Hardkor billet hubs up to 3/4 pound lighter each than some of our competitors and much stronger than stock hubs. Each hub assembly comes complete with bearings, seals, studs and dust caps and can be ordered in a natural aluminum finish or your choice of four anodized colors. Honda TRX450R Rear Lowering Kit (CRJ Performance)

Rear lowering kit is built from T6 aircraft grade aluminum with a rustproof brass turnbuckle. This kit replaces the stock link that is located below the shock and uses your stock bushings and seals. Comes with grease fitting allready installed. Fully adjustable from stock height to 4" lower than stock. Groove in turnbuckle with set screw to prevent linkage from unscrewing itself during use.

Honda TRX450R Posi Lock Axle Retaining Nuts (Durablue)
Vibration Proof! DuraBlue now has the famous Posi-Lock style axle retaining nuts available for non-DuraBlue as well as DuraBlue Axles. These nuts have fewer parts than the OEM nut assemblies and are less sensitive to vibration and harmonics (the physical motions responsible for loosening). They are an excellent addition to any well maintained machine. *Available for DuraBlue and non DuraBlue axles. *Finer threads for a solid lock you can count on. *Fewer parts than the OEM nut assembly. *See Notes 1 & 2* POSIâLOCK INFORMATION Aluminum Style The Posi*Lock nut assembly uses a simple, yet effective locking technique. A slot allows the nut to compress and bind the threads. The aluminum material tends to "grab" the steel inner sleeve when under pressure. Tightened correctly, this nut is especially free from vibration induced loosening. Tighten the nut to 15-40 lbs-ft if your carrier is using a ball bearing housing (stock or aftermarket double row ball bearing). If you are using a Timken tapered roller bearing housing, you will need to set the endplay to about .015"-.017" (the axle will move in and out of the carrier this amount). Consult your carrier manufacturer's recommendation on endplay. To lock the Posi*Lock, apply a thread lock compound to the allen screw, and then tighten to 17 lbs-ft, thereby compressing the threads. NOTE (1): THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY ITEM, SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. You may need to install a spacer or take similar action to ensure that the threaded sleeve is positioned in the nut properly. This is seldom necessary. However, variations from machine to machine do sometimes necessitate some additional fitment procedures. POSIâLOCK INFORMATION Steel Nut The Posi*Lock nut assembly uses a simple, yet effective locking technique. A slot in the nut is used to bind the threads. We have added additional gussets and supports in all the critical areas. The new Outlaw II a-arms have been designed to withstand the most sever riding conditions. The rear strut-type is adjustable much the same way as a tie rod. You can expect about 1" to 1.5" of lowering. Honda TRX450R Elite A Arm Upgrade Rod Ends Kit (Janssen Motorsports)
Janssen Motorsports has always tried to offer the absolute best performance at the most affordable price. In trying to stay true to our promise we offer all of our adjustable a-arm packages with high quality components that offer race wining performance. But as with any part that offers relative motion in a harsh environment, wear is inevitable. What I'm referring to are the rod ends we use in both our MX-Tech and Outlaw series a-arms. This type of design offers a huge range of adjustability as well as outstanding reliability far surpassing standard ball joint a-arms. But it's no secret that a ball joint a-arm does a better job of keeping the elements out. This is why Janssen Motorsports have developed Elite upgrade for both MX-Tech and Outlaw series a-arms. We have upgraded the rod ends in this kit to a Kevlar / Teflon injected style race rod end for both the upper and lower arms. These rod ends are both self-lubricating and self sealing. The upper rod ends are constructed of aircraft grade aluminum and then anodized red. This design is 10% lighter than traditional 3 piece design. The lower rod ends are constructed from chromoly steel and plated for long service life. We have also changed our frame side rod ends from mild steel to a chromoly steel design to again extend service life. Janssen Motorsports is also proud to introduce our new rod end boots and distance collars. We have been working hard to develop a durable tight fitting boot designed to keep the dirt and dust away from the rotating surfaces of our rod ends. This particular design is not intended to be a water tight fight to allow condensation and water to flow away from the rod end. This combination is our absolute top of the line a-arms components. Machined from T6 aluminum using a rustproof brass turnbuckle and an oil impregnated bronze bushing with steel sleeve. * With our kit you do not have to press out the stock bearings , makeing it fast and easy to change back to the stock linkage anytime. * Lowers apx. 1 1/2" lower to 4 1/2" lower than stock. * Groove in turnbuckle with set screw to prevent the linkage from unscrewing itself during use.
