When the guys at Dahlback Racing create a motor mod, they do not mess around. At first, $5000 for a turbo kit catches most people off guard. But this kit isn't designed for most people. It's designed for someone who wants an easy and efficient way to double the power and torque of their Raptor 700. Initially this turbo kit was created for use on the street. In Sweden, ATVs are street legal, so this turbo kit is just a natural extension of their proven street racing expertise.

But running a motor on the street is one thing, off-road performance is very different. We tested the turbo kit extensively to see how it performed in the desert and the dunes - in some of the most demanding environments anywhere. And we were impressed. The test raptor with the complete turbo kit withstood the heat and intense conditions of Ocotillo in the beginning of Summer, far better than we did! And we were trying to push it to the limit. It continued to run strong.

The work and attention to detail on this complex inter-cooled turbo kit is the first thing the most people notice. It looks like it came straight from the factory. It runs like it too. Every piece has been well-thought-out and everything needed to install and get it running is included. But don't think it's a simple weekend project. This is a fairly complex install, but can be accomplished by someone with an extensive understanding on the inside of their motor.

Yamaha Raptor 700 UNI Air Filter (Competitive Edge)

2006-2007 The principal of how air filters work is simple, open-cell polyurethane foam is wetted with specially developed filter oil. The sticky filter oil is suspended in the path of the dirty air on the strands of the web-like cell structure of the foam. This makes it impossible for dirt to pass through the depth of the filter without sticking to the strands. As the outer strands become loaded with dirt particles, the wetted strands down stream start trapping dirt, allowing the entire thickness to be utilized. This prevents surface loading or air restriction for 80% of the surface life of the air filter element. When the filter is sufficiently dirty it can be easily washed, re-oiled, and re-used. Manufactured from thick 3/16" 5052 aluminum. All stainless steel mounting hardware included. As the photos show these will work with the oem heel guards. If you wish to not use your oem heel guards just let us know and we will leave the mounting holes out for a cleaner look. Please let us know at time of purchase. If nothing is stated they will come with the heel guard mounting hole. Generous radius die formed angles and the angle geometry are the keys to the strength of these brackets. These are very similar to our race series brackets that we offer for our YFZ which went through months of testing. Brackets come standard in a clear coat chrome powder finish. CRJ Performances ATV wheel spacers come in two sizes. 3" ( 1 1/2" per side) 5" ( 2 1/2" per side) One set of spacers comes with 8 spacers, enough for two wheels on most quads. These wheel spacers are the toughest you will find when it comes to strength, durability, and ease of use. With our spacers you DO NOT have to remove your stock studs. The spacers female thread screws down on your origional studs and the flat bottom seats tight against the wheel hub which prevents the stock studs and spacers from being able to flex side to side. The wheel is then placed back on over the spacers studs. An extremely strong yet simple design.
