	<title>Suzuki LTZ 250 Keihin Power Pump (Advantage)</title>

&lt;b&gt;WHAT IS IT?&lt;/b&gt;

R&amp;D Racing has followed up their successful Power Bowl
with an all-new accelerator pump cover that features an
adjustable leak jet.

&lt;b&gt;WHATS IT DO?&lt;/b&gt;

Four-stroke engines bog, cough and pop.These
problems are caused by everything from air leaks
to mis-timed accelerator pumps to air in the
pump reservoir to bad jetting to inadequate fuel
flow through the leak jet. Of all the bugaboos, the
leak jet is the most mysterious. It is also the most
troublesome to work on.What is a leak jet? In the
simplest terms, a leak jet controls the amount of fuel
flowing through the accelerator pump nozzle. The
accelerator pumps fuel circuit is split into two paths. The
first path is the nozzle to the cylinder head and the second is the return path to the pump reservoir. The leak jet meters the return path. The larger the leak jet, the more fuel is returned to the reservoir with each squirt, which means that less fuel goes to the engine. The smaller the leak jet, the less fuel is returned to the reservoir, while more fuel goes to the engine. In essence, changing the leak jet size changes the amount of fuel that the accelerator pump squirts into the cylinder head. A bigger leak jet will make an engine lean, while a smaller leak jet will make it rich. The R&amp;D Power Pump is an adjustable leak jet. It allows a racer to change
the size of the leak jet orifice with a screwdriver (and you can do it with the engine running).

&lt;b&gt;WHAT STANDS OUT?&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;(1) STOCK LEAK JET&lt;/b&gt; To change a stock Keihin leak jet you have to remove the float bowl from the carb and unscrew the leak jet. Leak jets typically come in sizes from 10 to 100 (a 70 leak jet has an orifice size of 0.70mm). It is a guessing game to select the correct size.This is a time-consuming process (given that most float bowls dont come off modern four-strokes without removing the carb from the bike).
&lt;b&gt;(2) POWER PUMP LEAK JET&lt;/b&gt; With the Power Pump, the leak jet size is controlled by an adjustable needle and seat. Although the float bowl has to be removed one time to install the supplied plug where the stock leak jet goes, there is never any need to remove the float bowl again.
&lt;b&gt;(3) TUNING&lt;/b&gt; We tested the Power Pump on our 2008 CRF250, which had some box stock jetting issues. We installed the Power Pump and set the adjustable leak jet at 1-1/2 turns out. We made incremental adjustments and checked them with a throttle blip test. Two turns out would be to the lean side, while one turn out would be rich. We rode the bike at 2 turns, 1-1/2 turns, 1- 1/4turns and 1-1/8th turns.
(4) LEAK JET FACTS Our 2008 Honda came stock with a 70 leak jet. We felt improvement as we richened the adjustable leak jet. What does that mean? The large stock leak jet created a lean situation. Our CRF250 ran best with a smaller leak jet orifice somewhere between a 60 and 65 (about 1-1/2 turns). With the Power Pump we were able to fine-tune the setting in seconds. This is a blessing when the temperature drops.
&lt;b&gt;(5) PERFORMANCE.&lt;/b&gt; Loved it. The bogging disappeared and the power improved considerably. We went from lean to properly jetted in ten seconds.

&lt;b&gt;WHATS THE SQUAWK?&lt;/b&gt;

Delta-Box aluminum frames make getting to the leak jet adjuster a juggling act. We had to use a very long screwdriver, from the right side of the bike, just in front of the shock.</description>

&lt;b&gt;WHATS IT DO?&lt;/b&gt;

During the two-stroke era (1967-2004), the nagging carb
problems were lean or rich mixtures. Not anymore! Now,
on four-stroke engines, bogging, coughing and popping are
the bugaboos.The solutions to these problems, most
commonly found on the CRF250 and CRF150, range from
aftermarket accelerator pump covers to radical jetting
changes to accelerator pump linkage mods. R&amp;D Racing,
famous for their long association with the Suzuki amateur
program, has a totally new solutionwhich doesnt address
just one issue in the bogging equation, but every aspect. Its
their totally innovative, R&amp;D Power Bowl.

&lt;b&gt;WHAT STANDS OUT?&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;(1) FUEL SUPPLY&lt;/b&gt;
In jumps and whoops, the fuel in the main jet fuel chamber (a little plastic cavity designed to keep a ready supply of fuel
available for the main jet) can cavitate.Why? The stock Keihins plastic chamber has excessive clearance under it. The gap allows the fuel in the main jet chamber to get mixed with air bubbles which results in a lean condition. The Power Bowl has a zero tolerance mainjet fuel chamber. It is totally sealed to keep the fuel from sloshing away from the main jet.
&lt;b&gt;(2) ACCELERATOR PUMP&lt;/b&gt;
The R&amp;D Power Bowl is designed with two separate fuel ports.
The first orifice is isolated at the highest point of the accelerator pump to vent trapped air out through the leak jet. The second orifice is located low in the fuel sump to insure a supply of air-free fuel to the accelerator pump circuit.
&lt;b&gt;(3) LEAK JET&lt;/b&gt;
The Power Bowl comes with an easy-to-use, externally adjustable leak jet. Additionally, the ball check valve that controls fuel flow has been repositioned to the bottom of the pump to stop it from bouncing open and closed during hard landings (and a nylon check ball is used instead of a steel one to lessen the weight against the ball check spring).
&lt;b&gt;(4) PERFORMANCE&lt;/b&gt;
The MXA wrecking crew tested the R&amp;D Power Bowl over a fourweek test cycle on a CRF150, RM-Z250 and CRF250. We were impressed. On the CRF150, which has a tendency to shoot ducks at full throttle, the popping disappeared and the power improved considerably (so much so that we went up on both the main and the pilot jets).On the RM-Z250, the transition from low-to-mid was enhanced,while the overrev was lengthened. On the CRF250, it eliminated the irritating bog, allowed us to go richer on the jetting and improved overall power. Across the board, throttle response was improved and midrange power increased.</description>

The Durablue Anti-Roll Bar is a unique part designed to be custom tailored for your machine. This customizing is accomplished by utilizing mounting brackets, which can be located on the mounting tube in any location, then clamped. The clamps can be installed with the tube forward or back (relative to the mounting surface). The clamps can also be bent at the mounting face, moving the sway bar tube slightly to provide frame and component clearance as necessary. The link arm (the part that goes from the torsion bar to the down link) can be installed with either an inner offset or outer offset (you can accomplish this by flipping the arm over and reinstalling it on the spline of the torsion bar). The upper heim joint can be bolted to the inside or outside of the link arm. The lower heim joint can be mounted to the forward side or rearward side of the shock-mounting bracket.

Each machine will be slightly different. You will want to make sure that you run the suspension through it's full travel to make sure there is no binding or rubbing of any parts. This assembly is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit nearly every application.

*ANTI-ROLL BAR is just the name of our product. You can still roll your ATV!!! This bar provides flatter cornering and limits "swaying" only. It DOES NOT PROVIDE ROLL OVER PROTECTION OF ANY KIND.

Below is one example of how to mount the anti roll bar. You can mount the anti roll bar in a number of different ways. The mounting brackets are designed so that you can bend the end tabs. Since every quad is unique you may want to mount it differently than the picture. Remember to follow the general principles of how the anti roll bar works which is outlined in the instructions.

The lowering kits pictured at the top are Plate-type devices that relocate the upper shock position higher, thereby lowering the machine which dramatically improves cornering by lowering the center of gravity without changing the ride quality! 
The rear strut-type is adjustable much the same way as a tie rod. You can expect about 1" to 1.5" of lowering. It's your high-tech answer to improved cornering.
