Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS, unless Expedited Delivery is specifically requested.
Please email us Sales@jokersracing.com for shipping charges on expedited delivery such as Next Day, 2-Day, etc. In most
cases, all orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Some products are shipped
directly by the manufacturer, and such products are generally shipped within 3 business days.
A Re-Stocking Fee of 25% will apply to
Orders, which are returned because delivery was refused by the customer, except where directed by Jokers
Racing or instances of obvious incorrect part, manufacturing defect or defect in craftsmanship, as
determined by Jokers Racing's absolute and sole discretion. International orders must be processed through Bongo International as outlined below.

Jokers Racing accepts all forms of major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express,

Sales Tax:
Sales tax in the amount of 9.5% will be added to all orders shipped within the State of Washington, or that
are billed to an address within State of Washington. All other continental states within the U.S. are
governed by their individual local tax laws.
Returns:
Products in both unopened boxes, and un-used condition may by returned. Returns should be sent freight pre
-paid, and should have a valid Return Authorization # (RA#). You may get the RA# by emailing to us at
Sales@JokerRacing.com. All returns should reach us within 15 days from
the date originally received. A 25% Re-Stocking fee will apply to all items returned for reasons other than
incorrect part, manufacturing defect or defect in craftsmanship, as determined by Jokers Racing's absolute
and sole discretion. Returns without a valid RA# will not be accepted. Freight will not be
refunded.
Cancellations:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please be absoultely sure that you are ordering
the correct part. You email us Sales@jokersracing.com for assistance by one of our trained professionals with
selecting the correct part. A 25% Re-Stocking fee will apply to all orders that are cancelled after they
have been processed.

In few instances, products are uploaded during system glitches and/or mistakes are made within the product
description, price, title or part number. If for any reason any of these issues occur and are identified,
the product will not be sold until the issue is fixed. Then after if the customer is still interested in
purchasing the item, then the product can be sold. Under no circumstances will a product be sold if any of
